Jørgen Ulrik Jensen
Pluss Leadership A/S was founded in 2001 by Jørgen Ulrik. With more than 35 years of experience as a management consultant and manager of various consultancy firms Jørgen Ulrik is a leading expert within governance, including, in particular, development of boards of directors and development of governance structures within public enterprises and democratically governed organisations. Furthermore, he conducts strategy projects, often at the intersection between the public and the private sector as well as assists with CEO recruitment.
Tonny has been Managing Partner of Pluss Leadership since 2018. Before this Tonny has a background from consulting for about 3 decades including 10 years as Managing Director for Ramboll Management Consulting. His main skills relate to strategy, leadership and management in various industries comprising public as well as private sector clients.
Ane C. G. Iversen
During almost 20 years Ane has been working with strategy development, organisational development and leadership transformation within both the public and the private sector. She has been part of Pluss since 2012 and has a special interest in employment and labour market issues and in contributing to learning and development for both organisations and people.
Stefan has been evaluating policies, programmes and projects for 25 years. He came to Pluss in 2016 and has pushed us to the forefront of the market with our Critical friend approach to evaluation. Stefan has published books about green economics and Europeanisation, holds a PhD in political science and works as an external examiner at the Danish Universities.
Nikolai has been working with evaluation, strategy development, and leadership transformation within the fields of youth and education for 10 years – at the national level, within municipalities, and with public and private organisations. He is a thoughtful strategist and a curious evaluator with a special interest in contributing to the understanding and creation of thriving communities for all young people in education, at work, and in the third sector.
Karsten is an experienced business and leadership advisor for companies and public sector institutions within strategy and business development and especially the execution of strategies through change management and organisational development. Karsten has more than 15 years experience in consultancy and has prior to that had a long management career in different private companies. Karsten holds an MBA, Diploma in Organisation, Leadership and Finance and a EMCC Business Coach certification.
